    Great article Kay! Thanks for the link! One of the items not mentioned about waiting to buy is the INCREDIBLY low cost to borrow money right now! A 1% change in interest rates can completely erase a 10% change in prices. Another 10% drop in prices looks to be unlikely, but a 1% increase in interest rates is not an "if" but a "when"!
